I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location, nestled in the glorious mountains, was absolutely breathtaking. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. From the warm and personal greeting upon arrival to the excellent service throughout my stay, I felt truly welcomed and at home. The spacious and well-appointed rooms were a delight, with refreshing wood paneling and a cozy atmosphere. The breakfast, with its wide variety of fresh and delicious choices, was a great start to the day.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was welcoming and always with a smile. The location was perfect, with easy transportation options to the scenic mountains. The hotel facilities were clean and tidy at all times. Additionally, the breakfast was fresh, with several choices for every taste.

the variety of choices offered was great and they had fresh and delicious options. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the city center and tourist attractions. We also really liked the spacious rooms provided with cosy beds.
the staff was not friendly and welcoming, they seemed annoyed when we asked questions.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always with a smile and nothing was too much to ask. The organic food offered was a pleasant surprise and of great quality. The location was perfect for skiing, just a short walk to the slopes and great mountain views from the window.
The pricing seemed to be a bit high, especially during the Christmas season. The room lacked some natural light and some tables were reserved during breakfast, which made us feel less welcome.
